Unfortunately this is the continuation of the Yumina episode and again, not terribly excited since I don’t like Yumina all that much. Maybe it’s just that I don’t like the entirely helpless imouto type and always has that kind of mindset. But I do have to give Yumina some credit at the start of this episode where she comforted a rather depressed Yuuri following the funeral of his mother. Anyway it also came at no surprise that Hou just ran away and then came back to Yumina.

Impressions
But there was one thing that made me bash my head against the table was the reason Hou and Ou were fighting. Nothing more than a lover’s squabble but probably also the reason why Hou chose Yumina to stick with. But at least it now makes sense of why Yumina is shown with wings in the OP and ED sequences and now she is stuck with both Hou and Ou who have made up and are stuck to her head together. So that that takes care of the three powerful tayutai, where does that leave the series now? I thought they were supposed to be three baddies that Mashiro and Yuuri were going to defeat but now there isn’t anything except for maybe dealing with Ameri.
Actually at this point in the series, I probably have more of an interest in how they are going to resolve Ameri’s story rather than Mashiro’s. Right now Mashiro seems to be getting weaker and not getting her powers restored, but hey at least she’ll be in her younger form a little longer. However I shouldn’t really give myself expectations of series such as these as I know it’s just going to turn out bad in the end. But I shall continue on watching this series since I’m pretty close to the end of it all anyway.
