So finally the bad guys are revealed. At first I thought it was Leica and Baron, but it seems to be a bigger group than that. Still it still somewhat unclear on what their overall goal is other than to steal the special instruments, that’s what the treasure is. So now the series is starting to pick up and move onto the main plotline but as well we’re starting a bit about Corti’s past before she met Phoron. The enemy here knows about Corti very well and I’m interested in why she is called the Crimson Annihilator.

Impressions

It also seems that Corti has a reason for not telling Phoron about her past as well. However I do find it weird that Phoron never really thought about it before. But then he’s not the type to worry about such things, such as when he decided to buy Corti that bracelet. I guess Corti is probably making the most of everything now with Phoron despite hiding her true self from him and how she is reacting to all the news about terrorist attacks. Sorta like how she suggest that they go for a walk on their day off. It’s actually kind of cute as it seems she’s implying they go out on a date.

Eufinley is still feeling doubt over the issue of Leica being more than just a robber and this shows that despite she is smart, still naive. Though with the enemy attacking now, I’m sure she’ll exact out her justice on Leica sooner or later. Also the advice she gave to Phoron in his attitude towards Corti seems a little weird to me and something I can’t see applied to real life all that much. But then who takes things in anime seriously? So with things heating up I can imagine we’ll be seeing some exciting action going on over the next few episodes.
