		<description>I actually did finish S1 in it's entirety. Of course sticking to the manga is always good, but I do like things coming left of center to just mix it up a bit.</description>

		<description>Sorry, I definitely prefer the approach of the second season. Random zany but completely unconnected episodes from S1 are not sufficient for me. It really annoyed me to the end - it's like having to eat candy every week. Just look at yourself - you obviously didn't quite finish S1 either ^_^;

S2 will stick true to the manga, which means a bit less craziness, but CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. It means that what happened last episode will still matter in the next. And we'll finally getting to the more meaningful (and yes, more serious) parts of the show, too.

Less flashy, but way more satisfying and lasting.</description>

		<description>There was definitely a lack of puns and references in the first episode but it got a little better in the second episode. Nevertheless, I still enjoy Hayate no Gotoku very much. But I have to admit that the first season had better animation at least.
