I did spend a day in Osaka once though, Osaka Castle was cool from the outside but I was a little disappointed that on the inside it's a completely modern museum with escalators and everything else. It would have been nice if they'd kept it like Nijo Castle in Kyoto, where on the inside you can really see what it was like back in the day. Thanks for the pics of your trip though, I wish I could say I was going back to Japan soon, but sadly it'll probably be a while before that happens.
