Wow did a lot of stuff just happen in this episode. First was Naoki’s father and heart his heart attack, then Naoki going to a marriage meeting, and now Kin-chan’s proposal to Kotoko. Although I expected Kin-chan would propose to Kotoko eventually but I didn’t expect it to be on their first date together. Still you have to admire Kin-chan to persevere with his feelings for Kotoko and that he’s shaped up to be quite the man, now that he’s becoming more steady in his job. But I don’t think Kotoko would consider marrying Kin-chan since she still has feelings for Naoki.

Impressions
Naoki on the other hand sure got shut down pretty hard this episode. Not only does his father not approve of him not taking over his company, but the weight of his father’s company rest on his shoulders. But more of the fact that the company’s employees decide to use Naoki as a method to score the deal with the other company is what erks me the most. But it is done in real life and it’s something he has to deal with now. Of course we’ll probably see him turn down the marriage proposal with Christine, plus she can already see that he’s not really interested either.
Though after the part of Kotoko hugging Naoki, I really thought their relationship was going to improve greatly as these kind of events bring people closer together, but instead they’re getting further away from each other. Either way I think Christine will only appear for one more episode but she’s sent off packing. Next episode will definitely be where some big decisions made for both Naoki and Kotoko but we can all guess what’s going to happen.
