Yes its the continuation post of Supanova Sydney 2008 Saturday photos. So far there have been some pretty awesome cosplayers not only from the anime scene, but as well as the sci-fi side of things. Hit the jump to check out the rest of the photos. WARNING: Picture intensive post.
One of the best things about this year’s cosplay competition was that I was RIGHT at the front of the stage. Everytime I go to the cosplay competition to take photos there are usually people sitting near the front who don’t even take photos. So this was the best position, except for the the camera guy on the left, and the guy on the right. Hopefully I can get the same spot for Sunday.
And that’s it for Supanova Sydney 2008 Saturday photos. I’ll definitely be back for the Sunday to take more photos though I’m not feeling too fresh as I had a pretty late night with mates afterwards, and I’ll definitely be pretty dead after Sunday’s event as again I’m heading out with mates afterwards. I swear weekends are not long enough.
After the cosplay competition I went around taking photos of all the cosplayers and with the aid of Roobar, he helped me dish out my business cards. He’s good with stuff like that compared to me. Once again, if you want high resolution versions of any of the photos seen here, send me an email (email address is on the About page), but keep in mind that these are slightly edited versions. The originals are more darker so if you want those, just let me know in the email.

Its clear perspex.. glass is too heavy and fragile to cart around. (and cost a lot more)
The LEDs I put on it didn’t come out bright enough (was aiming for the whole bow to glow blue)

Bubby: I got the guy’s camera and another guy’s hat in the way when I went for the landscape pictures. I wanted to rip the guiy’s hat off!
