Moé Moé Rabu

One of the highlights this episode would have to be both Otome and Yume being drunk from a non-alcoholic drink. Though I really can’t see how such a thing happens, but hey, I’ve seen some pretty strange things when it comes to drinking. I could easily see a drunken Otome being how she normally is, but in a much more slurred fashion and Yume would most definitely be more honest. Ah the wonders of people under the influence.

Impressions

Still plenty of Otome and Yume development with this episode on Yume. It does seem that Yume is getting all the bad luck happening to her and with the whole destiny theme surrounding it all, one can guess what it’s all about. Pretty obvious that Yume can see the future and that it will always come true for her. But despite all of that, she does try her best to see if she can challenge fate yet it does seem fate has the upper hand. It’s actually rather sad now that I think about it as Yume is like how she is because of her ability to see the future and knowing that everything she sees come true. With her premonition about her being alone on her birthday would’ve really hit hard.

Yoshiyuki and Otome finally get a lead on the mysterious accidents and all linking to a blonde girl. Of course the only blonde in the series is Sakura so it was pretty obvious. Now what interests me is how she is involved in all of these mysterious events that are occurring around Hatsunejima but also how is Otome going to help stop them. But I’m guessing we won’t get a full explanation too soon but the story is going at a good pace.

Also you can really see the difference between Otome and Yume. Otome wearing a kimono is just so damn moé.
