So with the sparring session, everyone gets to see just how awesome Tama-chan really is. But was it sure funny to see people wanting to get by Tama-chan, though I must admit that if you get hit by someone who does it with such finesse and elegance, then I’d also get hit as many times as possible, lol. One thing though, damn that must have hurt for Tama-chan to be hit in the arm. I’m not sure how hard shinais can be, or how hard Mei hit, but damn, I’d be feeling it for a while.

Impressions
Well after having demonstrated an exhibition match between Satori and Tama-chan, it was obvious that Muroe would win. But back to Satori vs Tama-chan, Satori really is skilled in kendo and could very much be near equal against Tama-chan. Of course Satori is still a little rusty, but given time, I think we could see some awesome matches between those two and in later practice matches. Although at this point, it’s unclear whether Satori officially joins the club, but it’s pretty solid that she is part of the group. So in the end, Kirino’s plan worked out quite nicely for her and the club. Such a evil, yet awesome club leader.
Reimi was also quite funny this episode as it’s quite obvious that she is indeed in love with Miyako, plus her nosebleed reactions were gold. So for the time being, seems that Miyako will have a hard time but I still wonder if Reim’s role in all of this will play anything further other than being Miyako’s stalker. So with the series at it’s halfway point (it is 26 episodes right?) there isn’t much of a progression in story, but if it does end up being 26 episodes, I can only wonder what will be install for the next half of the series. We still have the issue of Toraji needing to save his job, but in the meantime, we’ll be seeing the girls in more practice matches.
