Plenty of laughs continue to flow through Clannad such as Tomoya narrating to the cat about Sunohara’s path, and the hundred year thing. Right now I still think that Tomoya and Sunohara are the best pair of friends in terms of humour that I have ever seen, well more like from what I can remember of other series. But it’s odd seeing how the two tend to mock each other, but are still the best of friends. Though I wonder if we’ll get to see how they came about being “delinquents” later on in the series, since last episode Tomoya mentioned the two of them used to be part of clubs.

Impressions
Still with the 3rd episode in, we’re still introduced to more character, but this time around they are the supporting characters. Quite a large cast right now, but that’s a good and bad thing. Good thing is that it gives the show more variety and more interaction between all the characters. But the bad side I can see is that it could be hard to include the characters in some stories and overall in general. Though KyoAni has never let us down so I’m sure they’ll work something out. Though I’m not too sure what roles the supporting characters will play, but I look forward to see how they are integrated into the story.
Tomoya is definitely becoming a respectable person in my books. The amount of time he spends with Nagisa in cheering her up or helping out with the drama club is not something anyone would do. But what I really liked in this episode was how he ate the part of Nagisa’s bread that had her tears. Though how I see Tomoya, he’s just a straightforward kind of guy who likes to help people. It’s also nice to see Nagisa making a slight change thanks to the efforts of herself and Tomoya.
Many awesome Kyou moments, and we’re now been introduced to her pet Botan. Plus seeing Kyou embarrassed like that was cute. Fuuko on the other hand seems a little childish, or absent minded, however when she was crying from the pain like that, it reminded me of Konata from Lucky Star, probably because the similarities in facial expressions. Another enjoyable episode, and I wonder if Tomoyo’s kick counter will rise again next episode?
