By far this has to be the best episode. Miya-Miya was just fantastic in this episode in which she can switch between all sparkly and turning evil in the blink of an eye. Of course what’s more funny is how everyone sees it now and then but think it was nothing. With Miya-Miya’s true personality shown to us, it makes the show much more interesting and much more fun to watch. Not that it wasn’t fun to watch in the first place.
Despite her fake appearance, it does show that Miya-Miya really cares for Dan-kun. Cares for him so much that she’s willing to exact revenge on the ones that harmed him. But it does make me wonder why Miya-Miya is with a guy like Dan-kun. Obvious the two have a history together so I do hope we can see some kind of backstory for the two and also hope to see why Miya-Miya hides her true self. Of course, Miya-Miya isn’t the only focus this episode, we’re also treated to Katsuyuki’s past and actually see that he is a decent kendo warrior. Still, I find it funny how he also conceived the idea of labelling the girls as a sentai group and naming Tamaki the leader.
This episode, we’re also briefly introduced to Sayako, who appears to be a very random character. Though randomness in a character’s personality is always a good thing. But it appears that she isn’t starting off on good terms with Miya-Miya, so next episode will definitely be an amusing watch.
