It’s definitely been a long time since I watched Hayate no Gotoku. I blame it on me watching Ranma most of my weekends and not being home for the past 3 weekends. Anyway I thought I should catch up on my watchings and what else than to catch up on than Hayate no Gotoku. This episode I didn’t find all that funny as it was just a Hayate and Yukiji episode. Like Yukiji and her antics are funny and all, but I think sometimes they can get a little boring. Especially since it’s usually over the same thing, like her and her money problems.

Impressions
Anyway, I’m surprised that Mikumura got some decent screentime since she is a minor character. Although she does appear in the OP and her introduction as a character really wasn’t that long, so I think this makes up for it. Eight also makes a reappearance but with a huge upgrade, but of course still gets beaten. I kind of hope that Eight doesn’t make another reappearance as I do find him a little annoying.
This episode I could almost say is filler-ish as Nagi didn’t appear all that much in this episode, and the same applies to Hinagiku, but more importantly that there wasn’t really any substance to this episode. Heck I can’t even remember if this was even a chapter int he manga, but I’m sure it isn’t. Anyway next episode Isumi and Sakuya finally make a reappearance and we’re finally back on track with the manga, and it appears it’s the confession part. Can’t wait to see the next episode.

O_o, Hayate shame on you for trying to lay your poor hands on Mikumura lol. A gigantic button for self-destruction, genius. This was a alright episode in my opinion but the next episode was better.
