Moé Moé Rabu

If there’s anything about this episode, it just shows how awesome Maria is. Showing her super fishing skills is just another mystery of Maria that we now know and makes me wonder what other things that she is good at. Off the top of my head, she’s good at billiards, she’s an excellent singer,and of course she’s the youngest person to graduate form Hakuou Academy, but I’m sure there are plenty of more things that she is awesome at. But what I think was the icing on the cake for this episode was Maria saying Mikuru’s line “It’s classified information”.

Impressions

This episode is split into two parts, the fishing part and the boiler room, though I can’t say which one I enjoyed better, but it’s most likely the fishing one and the ending part of the boiler room. Plenty of funny moments throughout the episode, especially Maria seeing Hayate in the nude and Nagi getting all embarrassed when Hayate was holding her. Tama finally plays a bit more of a role where he is the cause of all the problems with the baths but that adds to the humour and all the trouble that Hayate gets himself into.

And what a way for Nagi and Hayate to end off their summer vacation. This is probably the most we’ve seen Nagi angry but I’m sure there is more to come as we have yet to reach a certain point of the manga, which I won’t spoil too much, but then, most people would have probably seen it by the time I get to those episodes. Well this has been an enjoyable episode as the last few were funny, but not really all that great. Guess the summer vacation could be filler episodes, despite parts of it being from the manga. Hayate no Gotoku has been episodic lately so I’m hoping they have some sort of solid plot to work with soon.

Next episode is back to school, and it appears Shiori is now a teacher at Hakuou Academy. The look in Yukiji’s eyes says something is gonna go down and seems that Eight might make a reappearance quicker than I thought.
