So Hayate quest for a ultimate move is still going on and I think it’ll be a while till we see him get one. Though I found it pretty funny how they happen to find a book on ultimate moves, but that’s the kind of anime series this is, randomness. With it being summer vacation, I think this will go on for a few more episodes so perhaps Hayate will learn something within that time? I also noted that Himegami was mentioned in this episode as well as previous ones. I wonder if we’ll be getting any more info on him as he is right now a big mystery. There’s not much mentioned about him in the manga from what I’ve read, though I’m only upto Volume 6.

Impressions
Nagi’s comment on reading manga and playing games for her holiday makes me think that I was like that during school, lol. It was no different to any other school day. Ayumu’s appearance and her karaoke challenge with Nagi was nice as it’ll show that Ayumu will probably have more screen time, but only to battle it out with Nagi. Still, the difference between the two are just funny. Maria’s curiosity about karaoke was funny as well and how fitting since it’s Tanaka Rie who is the seiyuu for Maria.
Next episode looks like Eight returns with a vengeance, Hayate cosplays again, and we get to Nagi Land.
