With San now moving in with Nagasumi, she is given his room while Nagasumi now has to live in the attic. Later that night San accidently walks in on him in the bathroom and ends up blasting Nagasumi as well as the bathroom. Of course she pays his parents with gold that the Seto clan found in a shipwreck and they tell San that she can destroy it as many times as she likes.

The next day Nagasumi and San head out to the local area where they go shopping and stopping by a bridge. They soon encounter a pair of hooligans hitting on girls and San wants to teach them a lesson but is stopped by Nagasumi. But a short girl comes by and stops them. This girl, Zenigata Mawari, is in fact a school friend of Nagasumi and she tells the hooligans that Nagasumi is the one that will teach them a lesson. Cornering him, Nagasumi has no choice but to pull them over and into the river below, but the two hooligans are unharmed and ready to attack, but Mawari jumps on one of them. However she can’t swim and clinges to Nagasumi. Meanwhile San, who dived in as well, takes care of the hooligans with her sonic blast.
Whilst recovering their breathes, Nagasumi comments on how reckless Mawari is and how she isn’t very ladylike. Though San sees all this and because she is in the water, she swims downstream, with Nagasumi following her. Downstream Nagasumi is drying San’s legs, but Maki finds them eventually and starts shooting at Nagasumi. Thy are shortly interrupted by Mawari and Nagasumi has to pretend he’s playing with a doll in front of her. San takes the chance to comment on Mawari’s chivalry but Mawari corrects her by saying it’s her spirit of justice because her father is the Superintendant-General of the police and she plans to be a police officer. This leaves San shocked and starts asking for forgiveness, even though she hasn’t done anything wrong.
Later that night, San is taking a bath with Maki. Maki thinks they should go back home since they live too close to a police officer, but San thinks if she left Nagasumi, it would tarnish her clan’s reputation. However Nagasumi walks in on San and gets blasted again. Meanwhile Mawari is also taking a bath and wonders what the relationship between San and Nagasumi is as well as what Nagasumi said before. But she eventually snaps out of it and thinks positively about tomorrow.
Impressions
Well the laughs still keep coming in this episode and we are also introduced to a new character, Mawari. Right now I find Mawari rather annoying especially with her whole spirit of justice and that she doesn’t actually do anything. But her as a police officer, well a daughter of one, will surely bring more laughs as San tries to hide the fact that she is from a clan of yakuza or more specifically, mermaid yakuza. Though right now I don’t see Mawari and San being enemies in that sense but more as enemies in terms of love as it seems that Mawari has feelings for Nagasumi. However I really doubt we’ll see much of a development between the two since Nagasumi has San and will be busy trying to keep everything a secret.
Next episode shows that San enrolls into Nagasumi’s school, which means more troubles for Nagasumi, but also means more laughs for us. I’m also expecting to see the Seto lan members sometime soon as I doubt San’s father would sit still and do nothing.
