This arrived early last week and I finally remembered that I had to scan it. Anyway here is the scans for Kanon DVD Volume 04. I like this cover especially since it’s Mai focused with a scared Ayu in the background. Still haven’t watched this DVD but I don’t think there are many differences with the TV broadcast and the DVD version.
Similar to that of the previous DVD releases, they come with a bookmark with a 4koma, a character card, and a piece of the larger image. This volume also comes with a notice about the Clannad Invitation DVD which can only be obtained if you are purchasing the Kanon DVDs individually. Such a shame that I don’t live in Japan, uguu~~~
I’ve noticed that Kaori, Makoto, Mai, and even Nayuki are wearing costumes. I don’t think they’re wearing Ainu costumes, don’t you think?
Damn I want this one, Mai’s my favorite Kannon girl and these pictures are really nice. I wonder what the 4koma says, curses to my horrible japanse skills heh *saves*
Nanami Kamimura: They look very similar to Ainu clothing, but I’m sure this is just to appease the fans with the girls doing cosplay!

How do you make such nice scans? Do you have a very good scanner? Or do you run edit those scans with some photo editor? Stuff I tried scanning on my own has either weird colorful scan lines on them or grains on them
axeps2: I’m not sure what kind of scanner it is since it doesn’t belong to me. My brother bought it a few years ago, plus I scan everything through Photoshop but at a 600 dpi setting.
