Mayuko may be the same as Matsuri, but the scene of mystery man hiding his sword when she arrived is the odd factor. Killing Matsuri for Mayuko's sake doesn't seem to fit in right now at this point but there must be a good reason why the two are after her. Whether they have the same goal or not is what interests me. Yes such a shame that Mana and Koyori didn't get much screentime this episode. They are both fascinated with each other for different reasons. My guess is Mayuko has the same condition as Matsuri and sword-dude is trying to kill Matsuri for her sake.
