Kuu realises the prince in her dreams is definitely Kyoshiro’s brother, Kazuya. What Kazuya reveals is that Kuu is in fact the other half of Megingjord, and her real name is Cielo. After beating up Kyoshiro and telling him he found him annoying, Kazuya takes Setsuna and Kuu with him. But as Kyoshiro calls out Kuu’s name, she doesn’t recognise him.

Manabi Straight! - 05

Manabi has come down with the mumps and has to miss school for a week. This leaves the duties of the student council to Mei and Mikan. Although the two find it difficult to communicate with each other, they are given the task to think up a theme for the school festival. Over the course of the days they work together thinking up ideas and on the day of Manabi’s return from hospital, they found the concept of “friends to close friends”.

Shana, the Lolilicious Loli of 2007 (Loli Battle 2007)

We’ve had SaiMoe, and we’ve had SaiGAR, but of course, we couldn’t forget about any of the loli fans out there, so we now have Loli Battle! Starting WAY back on the 8th January, there has surely been some tough competition since then, many surprising, some not so. There was even some drama happening, with some rematches and a shuffling of characters, but we finally reached to the near end.

Upon reaching the quarter finals, it almost appeared to be a Takamichi Nanoha VS Fate Testarossa, but out of a stroke of luck, that was not meant to be. With Shana taking a staggering lead over Nanoha, it was down to a Fate VS Shana battle. Both lolis had it tough and it was down to the wire. But like all battles, there can only be one winner. With a total vote count of 416 and a lead of 64 votes, the winner is Shana from Shakugan no Shana. So congratulations to Shana!!!

Kanon - 24

  • Yuuichi wakes up to the alarm clock and proceeds to wake Nayuki up. It is now February and Akiko, who has recovered from her injuries, has a new jam waiting for Nayuki. After breakfast, the two are running to school and make it in time. Talking about Akiko’s jam, Kaori and Kitagawa join the conversation. Kaori knows about the jam, but she has something important to tell Yuuichi.
  • Yuuichi heads outside to the courtyard and Shiori is standing behind him. Yuuichi tells her it would’ve been better if she kept skipping school since she has to repeat the first year. Shiori says she doesn’t like people who say that, but Yuuichi says that he is happy that she is attending school and suggests another party. Hearing this, Shiori asks if it’s ok for her to cry in times like this. In tears, Shiori rushes into Yuuichi’s arms saying that she didn’t want to die, didn’t want to say goodbye, or didn’t want to be alone. Knowing the pain that she has been through, Yuuichi tells her that she can cry whenever she wants.

Clannad TV Announcement

With the conclusion of the Kanon TV series this week, there was certainly a pleasant surprise that came shortly. Yes it’s the announcement of the Clannad TV series and being animated by Kyoto Animation, the same animation producers as Kanon and Air. Clannad is the third game produced by Key and I for one will surely be anticipating this one.
