Today is the official launch of the Clannad Movie site and I can say, I’m really eager about this movie. The only section that is viewable at the moment is the Introduction section and that it is now changed to a Fall release. With the animation team being Toei Animation, we’ll be seeing a similar style to that of the Air Movie although it does question of they are going to present the story. Either way I’m going to be anticipating this movie, but there may also be a chance of a TV series to come due to this:

Good stuff finding that out. I knew it was gonna launch some time, but didn’t actually keep updated with it. Hopefully it wont be the “flop” that the AIR movie was (as in we all knew about it but there was little hype about it, online anyway).

I was wondering when this would get animated…although if the story is anything like Kanon’s I’d think it’d need a lot more than movie length to tell the story properly. I guess there are exceptions though, I liked Mizuiro and that was only 50-some minutes total…so here’s hoping Toei does a good job with this.
I bought CLANNAD fans from Animate because I was so hot I haven’t even played the game!
