Da Capo II Sequel is coming!

Well I haven’t visited the Circus Homepage in a while and having a quick browse it appears that we are having a Da Capo II sequel game! The game titled Da Capo Spring Celebration is set for a 27th April release and will come in a Limited Edition version and a Regular version. The Limited Edition version comes with a special school calendar.

From what I can tell this is more of a fan disk than a brand new game. The basis is that it’s an After Story, so each character has their own After Story which picks up from where Da Capo II left off. Either way this is something I look forward to since Da Capo is one of my favourite series. Nothing like more Otome and more Nanaka!

Ah man. Looks nice. Gotta love the D.C. games. Looks like Yume let her hair grow some. It’s wholly disappointing to me how there’s still no story for Maya though. Guess I’ll just have to wait for a re-release of D.C. II (you know they will eventually) and just hope she gets one. Curse my tendancy to fall for secondary characters.

Yep, it looks like a fandisc–Circus has an amazing ability to crank these out, I guess there was a Christmas one not too long ago too. Here’s a post about the Spring disc:

I’m still waiting for the D.C. II anime, from what I’ve read about the story it has a lot of potential…

Nermie: given Circus’s tendency to reinvent their games with new characters, I’m sure we’ll see a game with Maya. Heck I’d love to see one with Akane in it :P

suguru: the Xmas fandisk covered selected characters from various Circus games, which was nice. But this continues on from where D.C II left off. I also wait for a D.C II anime.

Aesir: I wish I could, but no money :(

Well, at least we get to see everyone in their spring uniforms. And Nemu in her high school uniform as well.

Oh, and did I mention that Nanaka took up cheerleading? :D
