- Kuu and Setsuna are attacked by another Absolute Angel, and Kuu ends up getting kidnapped.
- Kuu wakes up to find herself being dressed by a girl called Himiko. Later on she meets her kidnapper, Kaon, who is Murakumo’s sword of the Moon Spiral. Kaon explains to Kuu that Absolute Angels are super humans created with skin of steel - steel angels. They are developed further in which they have destructive powers and cannot be destroyed. But to recover, they need Eternal Mana, which is energy from a being they collect through kissing.
- Kaon faints slightly as she has not recovered from her wounds, so her and Himiko kiss in order for Kaon to obtain Eternal Mana.
- Setsuna comes barging in suddenly with Kyoshiro and the two take Kuu away.
- Kaon meets with her master, Mika, but tries to accept responsibility for letting Kuu get away. But Mika thinks it’s Himiko’s fault and decides to punish her instead.
- Kyoshiro explains that he wants to stop the Absolute Angels as they have consumed many student lives and believes that Badoras and Murakumo’s powers are enough to destroy the world. So Kyoshiro asks Kuu to lend him her strength and Kuu accepts.

Impressions
Well this wasn’t as fast paced as the first episode, but for some reason I don’t really find it enjoyable so far. It’s most likely the story setup so far with the whole Absolute Angels being indestructible but at least we now know what Setsuna, Badoras and Kaon are. Though I find it rather far fetched, but this is what you get with a mecha/fantasy mixed anime.
Well this week there was plenty of fanservice. Straight up we are hit with a bath scene of Setsuna and Kuu, then the two getting changed, then a naked Kaon who is also taking a bath. But not only that, we also get a girl-to-girl kiss. I find it rather amusing how Kuu finds a girl-to-girl kiss a wonderful thing as I’m sure we’ll see her kissing Setsuna later on in the series. Though from all this, I think it may have been done to appease the fans of Kannaduki no Miko since at this point the only yuri couple here is Kaon and Himiko.
Right now I find Kuu to be an extremely cute character. Her personality is one of the things I like but she is a bit too naive. She seems to accept everything that has been shown to her without too much questioning. But I suppose if that were to happen the story would drag on a bit. Also I find it quite funny how she reports everything in her letters to her prince, regardless of what it is.
Well with the second episode through I may continue blogging this. Also I this time I tried a really quick summary and I’m hoping to do the same for future episodes. Like I said in a post sometime ago, I want to change my blogging style a bit, so hopefully it’ll work out.

Hmm, so Kaon = Chikane? Call me ignorant or blind but I can’t see very clearly (I’m also going slightly blind from something or other).
And also… who said that there wasn’t going to be any yuri in this series?!
Yep, Kaon is Chikane pretty much. Just with different names I guess. Though this is somewhat set in a different universe. Oh I’m sure there’ll be yuri, I just don’t expect any flute rape type yuri.
