Impressions

I really not too sure on what to think about this so far. There was just so much packed into this one episode and the motion was rather fast paced. With something starting off with a school romance drama, with a slight hint of mystery, but in the later half, we get a loli-neko-vampire girl and some mecha action. But other moments like when Kyoshiro (the guy with glasses) acts rather charming to Kuu, but then ends up ripping open her shirt. But surprises like that can be good in a way.

The quality of this deems to be rather high, and I’m expecting it to stay that way throughout. But at this point I am unsure if I want to continue blogging this. I’ll have to give it a few more episodes but it seems that I may continue. The character designs are beautiful, and there appears to be quite a number of characters involved. By far with the main heroine, Kuu (I wonder if that is her real name?) I don’t find her annoying, but more adoring and cute. We even have characters from Kannaduki no Miko make an appearance, but there is still the question if they are the same people, but I highly doubt that.

The OP and ED is growing on me though I like the OP more so mainly as it is performed by CooRie, and I enjoy all of CooRie’s songs. Although with nice theme songs, I still compare this to KnM as essentially this is somewhat similar only visually, but also the same elements such as mecha, bishi characters, school setting, mysterious powers etc. But the one thing we are missing is the YURI! But perhaps we may see something surprising later on, and I can only hope.

Note: Sorry for not posting recently, been engulfed in many episodes of Hokuto no Ken and preparing for a job interview the other day. But now I can hopefully catch up on some anime blogging.
