Ladies versus Butlers - 01

“Servant! Look at my *face* when I’m talking to you!”

The combination of the “ladies and butlers” asthetic along with Kanokon’s sensibilities certainly does not disappoint. Just don’t watch it in mixed company unless your companions are open-minded.

Chu-Bra!! - 01

They’re everywheeeeere!

The name of this series should tip you off as to its subject matter. Shakespeare this ain’t, but if you like lacy unmentionables, then boy oh boy is this the show for you.

Sora no Woto - 01

Psst, hey, the show’s about to start. Geez.

Another new anime season, another new musical anime. Ever since I saw the character designs and subsequent trailer, I’ve been chomping at the bit to watch this show. Even at this early stage, Sora no Woto is meeting my expectations and, if it wasn’t for a certain ex-Prime Minister, this series could be a shoe-in for my 2K10 Anime of the Year.

Happy New Year for 2010

Sourced from pixiv

あけましておめでとうございます!これからもよろしくおねがいします!
Akemashite omedeto gozaimasu! Kore kara mo yoroshiku onegai shimasu!

So here we are once again, another new year and this will be the 4th year for Moé Moé Rabu. 2009 sure was a roller coaster ride with many things happening and with so many things going on right now I can only hope 2010 will be a much smoother ride. So I wish all my readers and fellow bloggers a Happy New Year and hope that you continue to read Moé Moé Rabu.

A Merry Christmas with Erika and Saber

Christmas is a day that is spent with family and loved ones, and for me it was obvious that I would spend some time with my sweet Erika. But this year is different. This year is a Christmas that is spent at the new home but also I’m fortunate enough to spend time with two girls: Erika and Roobar’s Saber.

Winter 2010 Anime Season Preview

The end of the year is approaching fast and so is the end of the current season of anime. Although I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do a season preview since I’ve been neglecting the anime side of this blog for a while but I know some of you like to know what’s coming up so this is for you! From my past experiences Winter season always had a number of shows that I thoroughly enjoyed, but looking at the current list there doesn’t appear to be that many that perk my interests. Sources from Moonphase, Animesuki forums, and GIGAZINE.

Cobra the Animation - 2nd January

Synopsis: Cobra is very known space pirate, but decides to change his face and to clear all his memories. He becomes a common guy, with a common job, and a very boring life, but suddenly he starts remembering his true identity and new adventures begin.

Adun’s Bit: A classic turned into TV series. Cobra was one early anime that I watched when I started watching anime, but of course that was only the movie and OVA series. I look forward to seeing a new Cobra TV series (there was an original 31 episode series but I never watched it).

Mini’s Bit: I never any of the original Cobra anime (I started with Dirty Pair and Gunbuster), so this could be a belated chance for me to get onto the bandwagon.

Chu-bra!! - 4th January

Synopsis: A girl who loves underwear so much she tries to start an underwear club at school.

Adun’s Bit: When I read the synopsis I was like WTF. Now I know fanservice is basically a basic element in a lot of anime, but I can sense that this kind of series is going to go overboard. Sure I do like some fanservice however but I prefer it in moderation. Of course I will watch the first episode to see how it goes. Though I doubt I will go any further than that.

Mini’s Bit: Gonna have to disagree with you there, brother. The more fanservice, the better - revel in it! I’ll be sure to check this series out. Note that this series is directed by Hiiro Yukina who was also the director of Gakuen Heaven, so there might be some girl-on-girl lovin’ too.

Where’s Stig?

As a kid we all grow up with books that everyone will know about and love. One of the books would have to be Where’s Wally? series. During primary school I would spend a lot of the time in the library going through the books trying to find Wally as well as go through the checklist (it was also a great way to train my eyes to be as sharp as an eagle!). So what would happen if you combine a childhood favourite book like Where’s Wally? with the hobby of cars, and the awesome UK TV show Top Gear? Well you get a book called Where’s Stig?
